Nilam Real Estate was founded by Sathish Sundar — a civil engineering graduate (B.E., 2013–2017) from Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, who taught himself web development and digital marketing because he wanted a more direct way for property buyers and sellers to find each other. He has always trusted hands-on experience over credentials alone, and Nilam Real Estate is built on that same instinct: verify everything yourself, publish it in plain language, and cut out the layers that usually sit between a buyer and a seller.

What began as a Tamil-language platform serving buyers across Tamil Nadu is now expanding to Bangalore, one of India's fastest-growing property markets. The approach hasn't changed — verified listings, documentation explained in plain language, and direct contact with no broker markup — only the city has.
